Returns and Exchanges
We believe that your complete shopping satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you to be happy every time you buy from us. All the products in the store are complied with rigorous and strict Quality Control (QC) standards maintained by our valuable suppliers.
However, if you have any problems with your purchase, especially in terms of fit or size, or if you come across any manufacturing defects, we’ll be happy to EXCHANGE the product.
- Merchandise eligible for exchange must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED, AND UNUSED – with all ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.
- ORIGINAL CASH MEMO/INVOICE is required at the TIME OF EXCHANGE.
- MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT to determine if the MERCHANDISE IS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE IN CASE OF ANY DEFECT.
- 7 DAYS – merchandise must be EXCHANGED WITHIN 7 DAYS from the date of purchase.
- EXCHANGE TIME 1 PM TO 4 PM except Sunday.
- If the newly selected merchandise value is more than the originally purchased merchandise value, then you have TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE AMOUNT.
- NO REFUNDS – purchases are eligible for an exchange or only for store credit.
- All MERCHANDISE MARKED FOR SALE OR UNDER SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange or store credit.
- NO EXCHANGE – on clothes cut from taga, lingerie, innerwear, accessories and altered merchandise.
- STORE CREDIT NOTE VALID FOR 6 MONTHS from the date of issuance.
- Subject to PUNE JURISDICTION.
